UNBEWEGT, 2019

We are a society in which one often sits. Sitting is part of everyday life. And despite this, or precisely because of this, we often do it unconsciously. We unconsciously adopt a certain attitude, unconsciously we sit down next to unknown people without speaking to them. At most, the question "Is it free?" is standard. However, we communicate a lot through our body language. I watch how people sit. They also move while sitting. Nevertheless, sitting is one of the static moments in human beings. We decide to stay in one place for a certain moment. By sketching in public space, I capture people's sitting positions. In painting I bring different figures together and relate them to each other.
