LANDSCAPE II
Complex space is created by light, reflections and a mixing of inside and outside. The work shows the multiple layers of perception and asks questions about where the boundaries actually run between outside and inside, between human and "nature", between above and below. In my painting everything mixes as in perception. With this and also with the portrait format, I break with the classic landscape painting, and at the same time create a homage to the era of the mobile phone. On the screen, the landscape is no longer just landscape, but becomes an abstract projection surface. A multi-layered application of paint reflects the different levels and generates something new, so that the painting stands on its own.
